More than 20 students from the Universidad Andrés Bello, Campus Creativo Viña del Mar, participated in a three-part meeting organized in conjunction with the Las Salinas Plant Laboratory and the bio-consulting firm Simbiosis. In the first part, the biologist Salvador Donghi made a presentation on the state of the art of natural heritage in Chile and the value of incorporating ecosystem services to public spaces, with special emphasis on the implementation of bioclimatic plant floors in cities. In the second part, a conversation was held on the same topic with students of the course “City, Architecture and Heritage”, from the Andrés Bello University.
