Las Salinas in the Field
To know your ideas and to be closer to you, schedule a visit and we will go to your neighborhood or community to inform you about what we are doing and answer your questions.
Las Salinas Open Doors
Tour Las Salinas from the inside, visit the grounds, the Plant Laboratory and the various experiences we have developed to discuss and learn together. This activity takes place on the last Thursday of each month.
Vegetal Laboratory
Discover how we are recovering the natural condition of the city’s vegetation in this space, generating learning to incorporate native flora into the urban landscape.
Inquiries, suggestions and complaints
*This form has been designed according to the voluntary environmental commitment CV-2: "Reception of queries, suggestions or complaints", as well as in recital 11 bis, added by the Committee of Ministers, to RCA 24/2020 of the Las Salinas Land Reclamation Project.**The response times for this form are: 15 working days in the case of noise nuisance and 20 working days for all other queries, claims and suggestions.

How can I participate?
A: At Las Salinas we have multiple spaces for participation, where you can ask questions, give your opinion and submit your ideas. You can schedule a visit to see the land, tour the Plant Lab, attend one of our talks or you can ask us to come to your condominium, building, school, university, neighborhood council, etc. For all this and more contact us through this web page, the mail comunidades@lassalinas.cl or through whatsapp 9 39139943.
What is Las Salinas Puertas Abiertas?
A: On the last Thursday of each month, between 10:00 and 12:00, Las Salinas opens its doors for those who want to learn more about land remediation, visit the Plant Laboratory, experience bioremediation in virtual reality and discuss the urban project for Las Salinas. To participate, all you have to do is register in advance on this website, write to comunidades@lassalinas.cl or via whatsapp 9 39139943.
What happens if I cannot visit Las Salinas?
A: If you can’t make it to our office at Jorge Montt 2300, then we will come to visit you. You only have to write to us, register on this web page, at comunidades@lassalinas.cl or via whatsapp 9 39139943 to coordinate a day and time that suits your group.
What activities do you have for children?
A: For the little ones we have the School Project, an initiative that seeks to bring science closer to children through bioremediation and the Plant Laboratory. For both spaces we have special games and activities that will allow children to learn in an entertaining way.
Why is it important to participate?
A: Because it allows us to include the citizens’ perspective, thus obtaining local knowledge and valuable input that can improve the design and implementation of the project, since the city’s inhabitants know their daily needs and problems better. This helps us to create proposals that are more in tune with reality and the needs of all.
