On September 04, the Evaluation Commission of the Valparaíso Region granted the for the project “Saneamiento del Terreno Las Salinas”, submitted by Inmobiliaria Las Salinas, on December 12, 2018. This certification implies that the project complies with the applicable environmental regulations and with the environmental requirements contained in the sectorial environmental permits indicated in Articles 140, 142, 146 and 147 of D.S. No. 40/2012 of the Ministry of the Environment, Regulation of the Environmental Impact Assessment System. In addition, it certifies that the project “Saneamiento del Terreno Las Salinas” adequately addresses the effects, characteristics and circumstances established in letter a) of Article 11 of Law No. 19,300, by proposing adequate remediation measures to that effect.
