The main speaker at the workshop “Relevant aspects of landfill management”, held in the auditorium of the Ministry of the Environment, before an audience of 45 people, was Professor Marcel Szantó, PhD in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, Master in Environmental Contamination from the same university, professor at the School of Construction Engineering of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and active member of the Scientific Committee working on the cleanup of the Las Salinas landfill.
