We issued a public statement in relation to the contingency of responsibility of the sanitation company, which affected a portable water collector in Calle 19 Norte, outside the Las Salinas area, and which was proactively reported to the authorities and communicated to the neighbors through social networks. Monitoring remained active, identifying only drinking water leaks and ruling out any other situation associated with the event. After several hours of work, the company responsible, ESVAL, managed to repair the water main and normalize the service. Las Salinas’ commitment is to keep the community informed in a truthful manner, with the utmost transparency and always available to answer doubts and queries from the authorities and the community.
