Following the statement by some media outlets that the Environmental Qualification Resolution (RCA) would be revised, we confirm that the approval remains in effect and remediation work will begin this year 2021.
Thus, the project remains as approved in the RCA and is currently facing the usual claims process for this type of project submitted to an EIA.
