On April 20, 2020, the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court rejected the appeal filed by Corporación Pro-defensa del Patrimonio Histórico y Cultural de Viña del Mar against Inmobiliaria las Salinas (Rol No 16258-2019), in appeal of the judgment that rejected – in the first instance – the appeal for protection filed against ILS on January 21, 2020. As it appears in the brief folio No. 46,958-2020, the judgment states “no place to the reinstatement”. Rol N° 16.893-2020.
