Las Salinas informs that on Friday, April 24, the Complementary Addendum to the “Las Salinas Land Reclamation” project was submitted to the Environmental Impact Assessment Service. In it, the company responds to the Consolidated Report of Clarifications, Rectifications or Amplifications, ICSARA, Complementary to the Environmental Impact Study that was issued by the environmental authority in December 2019 and contains consultations, observations and comments issued by the evaluating services. The date of entry of the Addendum was submitted for consideration by the authority in January of this year, given the need to carry out complementary studies and modeling required in the ICSARA, a request that was approved by the Environmental Assessment Service. This procedure is part of the evaluation process to which the Jorge Montt Avenue land remediation project is subject, using the on-site bioremediation technique.
